Problem for kleo theme I bought

Hi, I have bought your kleo theme on Merry Christmas Day and have installed in on my first server. But now I have encountered a very serious problem that the VPS server couldn’t be connected, either from ssh connection, console, or inputing IP address via browser,  with some unknown reasons. You can try using http://45.77.148.144/wordpress/ and have a test.  I have tried three days and too many ways to ask for help, but failed to fix it. Even I can not login wordpress’ admin panel to do any configuration such as uninstall the kleo theme. Now I decide to give up, and create another instance to create the blog site from new, and plan to move all data to another. Here is the new address, you can visit now at http://www.chinaclife.com. It is very new and established just in the recent days.

I have only one question that, in such case, can I install the kleo theme I bought on my new site. After the new site is done, I will stop and discard the first non-working server/blog forever.

I have tried to upload the theme, but it seems not working. I guess the problem may be the caused by license limits or any similar reason.

I appreciate for any reply from yours. It is a little bit urgent. Thank you.
