Hi Support Team,
I have some problems regarding memeberships and roles currently they are set like this:
Free Registration: s2Member Level 3
Brothers (Men): s2Member Level 1
Sisters (Women): s2Member Level 2Groups are hidden: Free Registration, Brothers and Sisters.
Default level is s2Member Level 3 which is free registration which is applied to a user after registration and approval of his or her profile.
Please see the screeshots:
Even after moving a user to its proper group the memeber is not associated to it.
In paid memberships pro the membership level is properly selected.
In Buddypress groups the memebers are not associated properly. Sisters group is fine but the other groups showing just one member whereby I moved users there: http://joxi.ru/nAyB0zdSjVo0rZAs well on Users the membership level is not shown. Please see here: http://joxi.ru/n2YnQ8qIZ4q1A6
Where am I going wrong? Is there anything in settings that can be done in order to get it work? Please let me know.
Regards
Ahmed
December 4, 2014 at 22:29 #37673LauraModeratorHello, the user that paid for a membership will have that membership active, but it wont move him to a group, that is something different, if you want to move a member that paid to a buddypress group, you have to do it manually, as this is not connected.

December 4, 2014 at 23:48 #37691AhmedParticipantHey Laura,
thanks for your reply. I do understand that but even after manually moving a member to any group it is not showing.
For me personally its not a big issue but let me ask you in pmp I have roles for a user which are
Free Registration: s2Member Level 3
Brothers (Men): s2Member Level 1
Sisters (Women): s2Member Level 2and plus the option to assin a certain level to a member:
http://joxi.ru/bmokqo8I90wkmy
http://joxi.ru/v294xQkIzqXgmGWhich of them are relevant ? As you may remember that we have been talking about the issue of hiding men from women and vice versa. Does assigning roles or levels effect on this?
If i am logged in as admin I can only see man whereby Admin should be able to see all members in frontend. In Backend everything is ok. If i am in frontend as admin I can only see men and not any women. Why is this so?
Another thing the total member count is not properly working as it is only counting men I suppose. How to fix that ?
There is a function of repairing the total count of members: http://joxi.ru/GrqzbMJskKKKmz
…but this is not working. Any idea how to fix that?
One more thing I would like to know: if a memeber’s level is changed from level 3 to level 1 then a mail is sent out to the user and admin. It says for example that your membership has changed and you are in brothers level this membership is free…I would liek to change the text and would like to remove this free. As level 1 is not free…any idea how to solve this?
Your reply is highly appreciated.

December 5, 2014 at 00:15 #37701LauraModeratorHello, the levels doesnt affect because the hiding of gender is a function for buddypress fields.
Also, if you have a gender in your admin account then you will only see the other gender, so maybe just delete any info on your admin so you see all.
Try this for the recount https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/show-users-in-site-right-before-account-activationTo edit emails of paid memberships pro you can find them in wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/email

December 5, 2014 at 00:40 #37713AhmedParticipantHey Laura,
thanks for your reply. The funny thing in my admin account gender is selected as “Man” but I still see only men. If i click on all members then only men appear..a bit strange.
So you mean to say I dont need to move a member to a certain level after registration. The main specific role handles it?
Thanks for the link and the e-mail issue. I will let you know about the results.

December 5, 2014 at 00:49 #37716LauraModeratorHello, you can test to register on your website and see what happens? And about the gender, did you test that female users only see men? if it works the admin is not an issue as you can see it in backend
