Problem page groups

Hello, yes i did, but if you still dont see it, go to style.css of child theme and make sure its not there.
After that, clean the cache

Hello, you have set 3 column sidebar thats why its not full width in Theme options > Buddypress

The problem was not the one indicated by you. It just was not turned on full display width to the groups. It was OFF instead of ON.
