Problem using Contact7 Form with attached files

Hi Support – I am having an issue with all my contact7 forms on my site when I attach a file that is greater than 2mg.  If I fill out the form and attached two small files, say 36 KB and 52 KB no problem.  But when I tried to attached a 2.44mg and a 2.52 mg file and pressed send, I received the error message surrounded in a red outline “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”   I have been trying to solve this for a couple of weeks now with my hosting company but they keep telling me they figured it out and it’s solved only to find out that it is not.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Please try to increase maximum file upload on your install using the first method “Theme functions file ” if not works with this method see the second one, php ini method.

It may be related from this setting
