Problem with a plugin after the theme upgrade

My dear i have a great problem.

After the upgrade of my them, only now i have see a great problem.

I have PMP Paid Membership Pro plugin installed and perfectly configured from 1 year and associated with my stripe, but when a user go on the page of levels: https://www.feticismo.org/livelli/
and chose a level, like for example PRO: https://www.feticismo.org/account-iscrizione/pagamento-iscrizione/?level=2

He can insert all dates of his credit card, but after the theme upgrade he can’t see the button for proceed to pay, like you can see in th photo i have attached, so he can’t go, he can’t pay and he can’t do a member …

Please help me, it’s a great problem for me, please …
