Hello, that is to update the theme, you need to place themeforest username and the api, that can be found at your themeforest account
About that menu, that is wordress admin bar menu, not the website menu, you can hide that one at theme options and use the website menu at Appearance > Menus, place all the menu links you want. For buddypress links and kleo special menu items, at the top of the page open SCREEN OPTIONS and check buddypress and kleo, then you should see them available at the sidebar
