What version of theme do you have ?

What version of visual composer and k-elements do you have ?

If you have the latest version of the theme 3.0.8 you need to update the plugins to.

The actual kleo version its 3.0.8

I suggest you to update theme to latest version and try again https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates
