Problem with Fomridable Pro datepicker

Hi,

I’m using Formidable Pro for my website and the form I have on my homepage is not showing the datepicker when clicking on the date field.

I believe that the theme might be loading jQueryUI (and other scripts) incorrectly which causes this issue.
Can you take a look at it?

I see that there is a JavaScript error produced by the Ultimate VC Addons plugin, can you please temporary disable it and see if the date picker works ?

I have deleted this plugin and the problem persists.
