Problem with Header in Pages 2

I have a problem with headers. In home page,my header includes a main menu and logo. It is transparent and sticky menu.
In inside pages, we want to keep it sticky but not transparent. I did not find a solution. The header always appears on top of the page title.

How can I have 2 different header like your page:
One with 7th queen logo and a menu (Transparent and sticky)
Second with different logo (in your case SeventhQueen Support) and a menu (Only sticky)
