Problem with images

Hi guys,

Thank you for the lovely theme 🙂 I use it for the last 12 months and I am really happy with it .
I have a specific problem: When some of the users upload a photo on the website, the images don’t show in Media Library or their profile pages or they even can’t upload a profile photo!

Sometimes even if I try to upload an image as an administrator I have same problem.

Additional question: Is there any option to place a short explanation next to the Upload button with text explaining the minimum requirements to upload an image!

I encountered that awhile back and I believe it had to do with the thumbnail settings. I’m not 100% sure, but I think I had to make sure I had at least 150×150 thumbnails enabled in the settings>media in the dashboard and also had to run a plugin called regenerate thumbnails to fix it. Good luck.
