Problem with integrate cometchat

Hi,
1. i installed cometchat from instruction http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp6tfPH4Wiw . I see cometchat bar, but is “loading…” information still. Please look to print screen: http://s30.postimg.org/im9srmzgx/Bez_nazwy_2.jpg
How to fix it?
First i installed cometchat to my test site. It is possible that is it the problem, because i have licence to other domains?
2. I would like to cometchat bar will be visibility for only logged members. All quest who visit site see cometchat bar now. How to change it for only logged members?
