Problem With Main Navigation On Google Chrome

HI I am facing a major problem with the navigation bar on Google Chrome. The navigation becomes transparent all of a sudden and then it becomes distorted as well. Help !!

To highlight the problem in a better way please see the attached images. Here are some details that you might need

1. I am facing this issue just on the home page that is very strange rest all pages do not have this problem.
2. If I enable the title through the admin panel on the page then the issue goes away.
3. I am facing this issue on Google Chrome only Version 37.0.2062.120 m (Windows) and Version 37.0.2062.120 Mac. We have not tested on any other version.

Please provide us a solution ASAP as we were about to launch our product and we are facing this issue all of a sudden.
