Problem with PMPro Levels page

Hi:

I’m running WP 4.8.2 in multisite mode, with Kleo fully updated. On main site the levels page shows correctly, but in a the second site it doesn’t even show; all the other elements are there, but the pricing table is not.

Any ideas? this is driving me crazy.

Fogrgot to mention that second site is not linked anywhere yet, is sax.tocajazz.com.
