When I try to modify some element settins with Visual Composer don´t show the options.

Hola, es probable que esto sea debido a su servidor, su navegador o algún plugin, primero intente desactivar los plugins adicionales y probar si así funciona, si no, intente usar otro navegador u otro pc. Hace cuando que no se ve?
