Problemas al cargar videos en los perfiles de usuarios

Cuando un usuario intenta subir vídeos cortos a el perfil , no los sube o tarda muchísimo, como podría hacer para que la carga sea rápida gracias

Hola, esto depende de tu servidor, has probado a subirlos a youtube y simplemente subir el enlace?
