    The contact forms are not working. We’ve tried many solutions using the same tactics as our other sites that we’ve developed…Not sure what’s going on. We would like the emails to be sent to artofpressurefighting@gmail.com
    Can you guys help me figure out what’s going on

    Your site is taking way too long to load so I cant check for myself. But you set the to email address in theme options > layout.

    What I am having problems with is the seminar page located

    contact form that you are talking about is not providing me any problems. It’s the contact 7 widget it does not send to our email… and it continues to say it sent the email.

    IT DOES NOT SEND TO THE EMAIL I WANT IT TO

    I need it to send to workshop@artofpressurefighting.com. IT IS NOT WORKING!!!!

    No need to yell. If you would have been specific from the beginning, I would have known what you were talking about.

    Perhaps you should ask the contact 7 developers since its their plugin.

    Does it work with the 2015 Theme enabled?

    You can also try https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ which solves common WP email issues.

    So basically you incorporated this plugin and doesn’t work so you won’t help figure this situation out? Ya I started yelling because of how pathetically lazy you are.

    We provided a login info for you for a reason but not once have you provided or tried a solution. wp-mail-smtp/ does not work! So you tell me what the fuck is going on. I”M PISSED FOR THE LACK OF REAL SUPPORT HERE.

    I tried accessing the backend 5 times. It kept timing out. Since I can’t see what’s going on, I’m unable to fix it. Therefore I gave you suggestions since you can get into Wp admin.

    Hi @jeromebasilio,

    When emails doesn’t get delivered from your site then in most of the cases it means that your hosting provider doesn’t allow you to send emails without authentication.

    In order to fix your issue you will probably need an email account from where the emails should be delivered and it’s SMTP settings. In order to enable and setup SMTP in your wordpress site you will have to use the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

    This issue is a limitation of your hosting and it has to be configured to work in other way from wordpress site as I described above, so please understand that it doesn’t have anything to do with our theme.

    Please let me know if you manage to resolve this or if you need any more help.

    If you are totally sure that your SMTP settings are correct then I recommend you to contact your hosting provider support and describe them this issue, it’s a server side limitation.

    It means that the server on which you host your site files has been configured to not allow sending of emails without authorization, this is a security setting which blocks the possibility of your site to send spam emails in the case that get hacked, which finally is a good choose.

    As I already told you, if you can’t manage to fix this issue by yourself then please contact the support department of the company from which you bought your hosting plan, they should be able to help you for sure.
