Problems with permissions of the theme options page

I have updated to the latest versions in Spanish of WordPress and your template and it has gone the theme options page. When I try to access through the welcome link, it tells me that I have problems with permissions to access them. What is going on? How can I fix it? Thank you!!

Note: I have installed external plugins. I think it is a problem of the update.

I am seeing the same issue now as well. This appears to only be an issue with the 4.2.4.2 update. I have other sites running 4.2.4 and 4.2.4.1 and they don’t exhibit the issue. I would recommend rolling back to either of those versions for the time being.

Do you know where I can download the older versions? Ours was purchased from envato which only hosts the most recent one..

Correct! I don’t have old copies to restore the previous version, only the present. 🙁

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check again, in past version was an issue with slow loading of wp backend and missing theme options in some cases.

Let me know if it’s ok after theme update
