Problems with theme

I have purchased your Kleo theme after seeing it was a great theme for a social network but I’m finding it very difficult.  When I import your demo pages I don’t get any graphics or text or any kind of structure I can edit.  Instead I am asked to use Visual Editor to make the layouts myself which is not what I wanted.  It seems like you just have a basic template with a bunch of plugins.  Not to mention I consider myself an intermediate level WordPress designer who has done many other sites where I never have difficulty. Is there a solution to this?  If not I will regretfully will have to return my purchase. Thank you.

We would like the “Home Geodirectory”. I’m assuming I would need to put in the attractions for them to populate on the map, correct?
