Could you please try the below tests clearing your local cache (Ctrl + F5) and checking to see if the issue still exists with each step
– Disable website and server level caching
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and K Elements
If the issue continues after these tests please can you update the ticket with some login credentials so I can look into it further.
