Profile and Search Functions is giving 404 error code!

The site was working fine up until few days back, but all of a sudden without any uploads, corrections or updates from me, I notice that the profiles and search functionalities are no longer working.  It is giving me and our customers a 404 error code.  But all the page header and bottom page links are still working.

See attached sample page error code.  Please help – It’s urgent!

Hello, please try by going to Settings > Permalinks and select default ( if already in default, just save again)

Thanks for your response. When I did exactly what you said, and clicked view or edit my Profile, it gave me these error messages below:

Not Found

The requested URL /members/admin/activity/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello, sorry forgot to tell you to select post-name in permalinks after selecting default
