Profile Avatar and Activity Stream Issue

Good morning, hope all is well.

I’m having a small issue with the members profile page. The “online ring” around the avatar is more egg shaped than round, and under the activity stream where you can type what’s new, the image is 3/4 cut.

What can I do to make it look like the default?

maybe a css issue or a plugin conflict. can you reply privately with a link to your site?

I actually haven’t got around to deactivating some plugins, but please do take a look.
