Profile cover image has disappeared

Hello,

For some reason the cover image on our member profile page has disappeared. After investigating a bit, I found out that the custom css that should be in the header of the page and where the image source is actually defined, is not there anymore.
I can’t seem to find what happened for it to stop working. We are using a child theme.

Any idea on what’s going on?
