Profile Field not showing, registration wont complete!

I have come a long way, I had to reinstall both WordPress and the theme. I used buddypress-remove-xprofile-fullname-field.php in my first installation and it work fine. On the new installation for some reason it is not showing the last field on the registration page because of this the registration wont complete. I have even tried rearranging the form fields hoping that would work. I know the plugin is the problem because I have deactivated it and the registration form works perfectly.

Please can anyone help?

I deactivated buddypress-remove-xprofile-fullname-field.php so I could have members join to test my site, I still need the problem resolved, thank you.
