Hi, that second image you are showing is a HTML template and our WordPress demo looks like this: http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp/members/sweetadmin/

If you want to change it you need to make structure changes as well as CSS changes. Try hiring a developer to help with customizations
