Good evening
After a little shaky start the sweet date theme is working really well and I am grateful for the help in setting it up. On the question of profiles, Is there anyway that I can make the settings so that members have to post a profile picture before they can join ???

The simplest way to do this would be with a plugin, from memory there are a few that do what you ask. Here’s one that was pretty much the first result on Google by a respected developer in the BuddyPress community.

Just a quick question I am thinking of buying buddy app as well for aouther site , what is meant by a regular licence ???

A regular licence is defined as:
Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for.
This covers one domain and one localhost install. This does not cover multi-site.
