Profile Photos

For https://transencounters.com/members/ .. is it possible to make the profile photos larger, and/or squares (instead of circles)? Let me know if there are any options to do this. Not on the actual profile pages, but on the “Members” List page (https://transencounters.com/members/) I would want each persons photo to be larger and square if possible. Thank you!
