What do you mean by not working ? I’m able to click on author and also for the rest of the links from meta information, can you elaborate ?

Mark as a solutionAll I am referring to is the profile pictures not working, and in your video you can see that only one is working. There are some others that are working, but most are not. See attached screen shots. Even in your video you can see that Chris Goldstein’s is not. And in screen shots, for example, Cheri Sicard

I’ve understood this happens after you had installed some plugin ?If yes try to de-activate the plugin that you have installed recently, also please check and investigate why that profile works and the rest not, maybe it’s related to the Wp author box ?
Try to de-activate all plugins except BuddyPress to see if this is caused by some plugin

But before I do, please see attached screenshots. It seems that the profile pictures are showing for the people that have their pic showing in 3 spots in their user profile in the back end (like Norm Kent and Amanda Reinman). And for the people where their head shot is not showing (just a gray silhouette) their image is just in two places in their profile section…like Paul Armentano or Chris Thompson. These people’s images used to show without any issue. So not sure why some show and some do not.
But the difference is that top pic not showing.
I did just remove then reupload the profile pics of those that weren’t showing, and that seems to have fixed it. But still weird issue.

I don’t think this kind of issue it’s directly related to Kleo, I think there was some plugins incompatibility or conflicts i saw that you have 3 fields for user avatar most sure from that it’s caused.
