Profile picture showing with email messages

Good morning,

I sent this request yesterday but no response so am sending it again. I want members’ profile pictures/image to show alongside all request sent by them to other people’s email address. Like friend request sent, public/private message set to other other members , provided the receiver of the message receives it via his/her email e.g yahoo,gmail etc.
