Profile picture upload

Hi….the “change profile image ”  feature on my website doesn’t seem to work. When clicked it allows you to upload an image, but after uploading and  resizing, it doesn’t save what remains is still the gravatar. Please help. Thanks.

Every of my user automatically get gravatar images as profile pictures when they sign up. The problem is;none of us can replace it with an image of our choice. It happens irrespective of a non gravater account or not .

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

If you switch to default WordPress theme it works ?
