Profile search form translation with WPML

I mean both, profile fields and the entire form, using wpml plugin, do I have to translate strings? the way You described doesn’t allow translations.

By the way, I have a multilanguage site, so wehen a user switch language the form in header (just above slider) remains in the language and isn’t translated

Hi,

You should have installed and activated this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-multilingual/

Then using wpml string translation you should be able to find that strings.

Your solution don’t work!

Installed the plugin, the form strings and specific users string of the form don’t appear in string translation.

maybe the problem is that the form remains in the native site language and don’t follow the translation

SOLVED by translating via WPML NOT the buddypress elements but kleo_framework and othe kleo_* elements
