Profile tabs no clickable

Hi Radu,

Most issues are fixed but still have problem with following

 

– profile tabs on members profiles cant be clicked

– member search results shows double and not possible to click latest visited members

– not possibly to delete messages in profiles

– have white space under revoulution slider

Hello, the issue comes from a plugin, i do not know which and i cant risk to deactivate them because i do not have access to the cpanel in case a blank screen appears so i suggest to deactivate one by one and test until the tabs works, then yo will now which one is 🙂

Hi,

No difference because you have a cache plugin, and caches everything just delete the cache and de-activate the plugin!!!!! while debugging.

I’m able to click on mentioned zones maybe because of the cache.

Already tried that with cache and did not help

My members can send messages to each other and there is no button for send messages and cant click on profile tabs, nothing happends

catastrphic this after 3.0 update

You have login details so log in and try to solve this issue so we dont have to close the site down

Before we used normal theme and now is child theme after update and i dont know if that makes any difference

Hi,

Maybe some old templates can interfere that.Try to switch off child theme and check agian.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SWEETDATE 2.x users that updates the theme to 3.x: If you have overwritten the template files in the child theme, especially the BuddyPress templates, and after update, the site is broken you will have to re-do the swetedate templates, or you can revert to 2.9.11 look for in main files/WordPress/version 2.9/

If you haven’t overwritten the templates in the child theme but looks wired, just re-save theme options, it should look ok.

Your website stays in continuous load for minutes cannot see it.

We have tried all that but nothing makes the site work again

– Members cant send message to eachother
– Members cant click on profiletabs, nothing happends

Is ther anyone we can contact to help us solve this as we are loosing many members and must do refunds as the site is not working

You have left is in really hard situation here as nobody can fix the issues after the update to 3.1

I cant find the files where i can restore to version 2.9

Can you send me a link so i can download those files and see if we can save the site by downgrading it

If someone ele faces the problem that member profiles buttons dont show when logged in and profile tabs is non clickable the solution is

<the template is displaying the bp_member_header_actions hook – and for some reason , in this version of the theme the buttons were not hooked to bp_member_header_actions. I hooked them by adding a block of code in functions.php >

Hi,

The you have in themeforest main package a folder named sweetdate 2.9 you can use the 2.9 version.

So having hard changes in sweetdate child theme from 2.9 won’t fit the 3.0 templating system because we have updated that once with buddypress template structure….
