    When a user logs in, they are redirected to a custom page (www.lash411.info/lashboard) which I set in Theme options> Misc

    It says “With BuddyPress/bbPress installed you can add a link to your profile with ##profile_link## in the URL input. Example: ##profile_link##/messages”

    However, when i add ##profile_link##/profile or ##profile_link##/messages, it still redirects the user to the custom page. I can’t see my own member profile, or other member profiles as we are redirected to the custom page every time.

    I can get to lash411.info/members, but if i click on a member, it redirects me to the custom page, again.

    Please help!

    ps- after saving ‘##profile_link##/profile’ to the My Account Link in menu, if you reopen the item it appears as ‘profile_linkprofile’

     

     

    The side menu includes  I’ve added their Buddypress Account, and entered (##profile_link##/profile) in the Link, however, despite the profile link address showing when hovering over the My Account in the menu, the link keeps redirecting to the custom page, leaving users

    Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

    Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

    Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

    If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

    If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
