i have prp with registration when someone wants to register he cant type his info because the empty spaces dose not accept to write inside and if i want to change the logo in mobiles it appears the defult logo

Your site is throwing jquery errors. Disable any plugins that didnt come with Buddyapp and test the registration form again. If it works, then enable your extra plugins to see which one is causing the issue.
