Put GeoMyWP Fields Before SweetDate Fields in Horizontal Search

I would like to be able to put the GeoMyWP fields, such as Your Address, Miles, Order By, etc. BEFORE SweetDate’s fields, such as Age, Name, Sex, etc., in the horizontal search bar in the member search page. How is this possible? Thanks!

I need the input fields Address, Miles, and Order By to be the first three fields listed in that order, followed by Age from, Age to, and Username.

Bonus points if we are able to have just the first line dedicated to the Address, Miles, and Order by field, and all Sweetdate fields automatically assigned to the second! Not required though. Thanks!

I can help you register a function in child theme so you can move your fields position but I will need ftp access to your site first.
