put registration short form as layer on revolution slider

I am trying to put the short registration form as a static layer on top of a revolution slide show.

I have the short code and it is fine.

But I am not getting the width and height setting. Can’t seem to get the Rev Slider to adjust to settings I give it. It wants to do a long and narrow form, instead of the normal box shape.

How do I set this to allow the form to work as it should?

The page I want to work on is live and I can’t leave the form showing – as it looks terrible.

I think I am going to rework the homepage – using the 7th queen home template (which puts the Rev Slider in the background).
