Question about possibility with KLEO for a second project

Hello.
I love really kleo. And i begin to make one website for my passion ( music ), where i’m going to animate a blog with tutorials and i sell some files for music producer.
But i would like start another business with Kleo to make a visio-tchat web site.
So i would like know if is possible to make it with kleo ?

And if yes can you let me some plug in and other tips for than i learn how to make that.

If you are referring about this site : http://www.visio-tchat.fr/ you need to have a high process performance and bandwidth of servers also an programmer that can implement the needed functionalities.
