Random code showing

Hello, a little while back I opened a ticket and some of your staff came in and fixed the issue I was having with one of my plugins not operating correctly with the Kleo them. I have the functionality now, however, there are these random lines of error code showing up in both my dashboard and front end. I will include some screen shots.
