ParticipantHi – Some random text (“11”) has appeared at the top left corner of my Header and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. Can you please help? I don’t know if this is a bug or somehow this “11” got into some CSS somewhere…?

ParticipantHi Laura –
Very interesting, you have uncovered another part of the puzzle. Your login does not show it, but mine does and my developer’s does. It also does not display when logged out and coming soon off, but users will have to log in when using the site.
Attached is an image.
Any page will show it, but here is a link:

ParticipantHi Laura – My developer just found and fixed it yesterday. It is not actually hard coded text of “11” and “test” but rather output from a formula. I am still getting details. But we can close this ticket here. Thanks you so much for trying to find it Laura.

ParticipantHi Laura – I wanted to re-open this ticket again as we had not actually fixed the problem before, it came back. However, we have found that the random text that appears in the upper left of header is an output of the number of items and quantity of items in the shopping cart. So the “11” was two items, each with 1 quantity. If there were two items, each with 3 quantity, it would show 33.
My developer found this issue in the Kleo code at: kleo/lib/plugin-woocommerce/config.php line 1073
But I think it still needs fixing by Kleo.Would you please take a look at this in your code?

ModeratorHi,
Good Day there!
I’ve tried to reproduce that on my local install and also on the demo and I cannot reproduce that, and it seems to be isolated at you if you de-activate the child theme you encounter the same? it should not!
IT cannot be reproduced using latest theme update and latest wp.

Let me know if it’s the same with child them de-activated and if is need de-activate all plugins except WooCommerce and give a try
Cheers
