    Hello,

    I was wondering if I am charging bi-annually. How would I set this up? So far I have it set-up as is. Please assist. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Go edit the membership level and you can set recurrence after first payment. Take a look at my screen shot.

    Thank you,

    Thank you=)

    I was also wondering if I need to setup membership expiration? For example, if the member cancels their membership is this what controls how many days they get to use the site after canceling their paypal recurrence? (If they cancel their account it is immediate)

    Also, if i would like to give members their first 2 months for free as a promo would I do this in discounts? For example from July -August, 200 uses. How would I make it free for only 2 months in the settings area.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    To give the clients first x month free can use “Trial Billing Amount” . Take a look at my screenshot for an example.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    Fore example, What if I only want to give discounts for the Month of August, should I use discounts instead? Because if I use trial period it will be for everyone who joins with that membership. I want to have random months that I allow discounts.

    Thanks=)
