re-phase a sentence

Hi 7Queen,

I am wonder can you help me to locate this phase something after also it say “to grant your access”? Because I want to re-phase it. I looked at the register.php and search within the theme files, no luck!!!

Your registration has been denied.

Hello, please check at Settings > General and make sure “anyone can register” is checked
Also try by deactivating some plugins and testing again, let me know 🙂

Hi Laura,

That message got something to do when I try to do a register testing. I did a test and that’s how I found out.

The pop-up message saying, “Your registration has been denied, please contact … to grant your access!”

It must be some kind of register denied file or register successfully file ? I did check the register.php, activate.php, PMPRO Membership, and even the pages menu setting , etc from the admin. I even scanned many times of the wp-content and database. No luck neither?

It’s has been 3-4 days still try to locate that, if I can locate that phase, I can fix the input errors.

If not in the wp-content, database, PMPRO, that make people scratch their head…

Please advise any hint it possible?

Hi,

I’ve searched in our theme files for “to grant your access” and “Your registration has been denied.” but they cannot be found in our theme maybe they comes from a plugin or something!

Try to de-activate all plugins and child theme! Then make sure you have latest theme option and check agian to register.

Oh my, this has been a while back! I never received any email reply? Apparently the email was lost somewhere or didn’t get thru overall? I just now got an email alert saying this ticket has been closed…

Ok, I will do another registration testing or plugin wise. If getting the same issue, will go from there.
