Read message from admin only

Paid member – can read and can reply private message recieve
Non-paid member – cannot read and cannot reply private message recieve

My problem is, I want all members (included non-paid member) can read and reply message from admin only….How to do that?

Hi, Buddypress does not have a feature so you can read the messages from admin area.
