Did not touch anything and am receiving a fatal error.

Hello, what was the last change you did?
Can you share cpanel access so i can test by deactivating plugins?

I do not think this is plug-in related. I have not touched anything. I think users are uploading things and it is crashing the site. I ran a diagnosis and am told this is the suspicious file which gives users remote access to my site? Huh?

Hello, i see, well please get in contact with your hosting so they can scan and find the source of the issue, as its not related to the theme or its plugins we can’t do much related to your server

    Laura,

It is theme related as there is code in the theme that is causing this. I pasted the error causing file. Can you remove please? I provided cpanel credentials. Its just 1 file that needs to be removed…

Hello, that is not the theme it’s uploads of php. You must block php uploads it seems you have malware at your website. At the log there is no mention to the theme but to a php file uploaded to rtmedia.
If you go to your file manager and follow that path you can delete the file. You should also Check to block php to be uploaded using rtmedia and install wordfence plugin to scan your files for more malware. We are not responsible for malware attacks at your site and even from a third party plugin like rtmedia, we do not offer malware cleaning services this is a theme support forum and the theme has no ways to upload files or hack your site. Rtmedia as an upload managed does, as you see some user managed to upload php which should be blocked
