Recent Activity text in Buddypress

How can I add additional text next to the recent status update on my Profile page cover photo? This is under where it says my @username and “active 22 minutes ago”, etc. I would like to write Recent Activity: followed by the status update.

Copy /kleo/buddypress/members/singles/members-header.php to your child theme and add whatever you’d like.
