redirect login/register link to popup window

need to do redirect all login and register link (from another plugin) to Sweetdate`s popup window

help me find a solution)

Do I need to do anything on my part, or you are just getting it done and letting me know about it? Cause I’m sure what needs to happen or what’s happening here.
