Redirect to register page for non login member

Hello, i want redirect the not logged users to modal window register

for example:

anyone who visits the site and want to see some profile is routed modal window and not to the select membership page.

What you need requires significant amount of time to create a functionality like that and our purpose here is to help you with any theme problem that you may encounter or with small customizations.
