Redirect user to BuddyPress profile page after login

Hi maybe has been asked before – anyway on latest buddypress/ wordpress I cannot find a way to redirect user to his profile page (e.g. mysite/members/andre – even better to me would be to group or forum page i.e. mysite/members/andre/groups).

I tried this but does does not work:
