Refund: It Doesn’t Work Properly

I spent over 150 hours trying to get the theme to work. It never worked properly and spammed all of my social media. Also, I was unable to receive any adequate and prompt feedback from the “customer support” that supposedly came with my purchase. I either will receive a refund OR (as a WordPress business client) I will thoroughly recommend to WordPress that this company and product is highly unprofessional, malfunctions, and to notify other WordPress customers to avoid this company and its products. I do not want a credit. I want a refund. Either comply or lose business. This is ridiculous for me to have to go this route. Your choice.
