register does not work

Hello,

I have a serious problem, register does not work on our site.

Our normal registration procedure with swwetdate + buddypress
– Registration with the form of sweetdate home page,
– Additional entry on another page with fields buddypress
– Message that a confirmation email is sent
– Mail receipt clicks the URL as http://loonao.com/acceuil-2/?key=bc7e1f36f015a133
– is completed and the home page is loaded

now (I do not know the reason of this change)
– All the same until email
– Click on the URL
– One page appears (see attached file) very tedious for the user to have his key copy/paste
– But more serious, the code is not acepted (the page is reloaded without any error message): Failed to register, very serious !!!

Note: the url is http://loonao.com/acceuil-2/?key=bbdfd947602d0c14
but when the page is loded the url is http://loonao.com/acceuil-2/ (see attached file)

Hello, you can always activate users from backend with admin account, this is an usual problem with buddypress and its just only with one or quite a few users. Have you tried with another user?

Hello Laura,

Yes i try with many user on 2 pc and so much user can’t registered.

I install Remove Email Verification plugin it’s ok
The email verification is inutil, but still sent, by buddypress i thing
Do you know a way to not send?

Hi, I think is because of a plugin you use. Try just this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-disable-activation-reloaded/
