Register Fields + User Pages

Hi,

After  10 days struggling with the register page of the theme my developer read in your forums that the register page doesnt allow to add custom fields to the registration. first i would like to confirm that information because if is possible for me to have the Fields described below, in the register page. This would be the best scenario for me.

If its really not possible to have extra fields on the register page of the theme, then i need the extra fields below on the registration page:

 

Nome (Name)

Data de Nascimento (Date of Birth) *required

Email *required

Telefone (whatsapp) (Phone) *required

Cidade  (City) *required

Estado (State) *required

Profissão (Work) *Not required Text Field

Nome do Grupo que Coordena *Not Required, Text Field

Nome da Instituição que trabalha *Not Required

 

Some time ago, i bought the theme for another customer and it had the same number of extra fields and you helped me add them for free, Can you do that again please?  I´m 2 weeks late on project deliver because we are stuck on this issue. 🙁

 

Registration Process Options:

 

1 – Registration Page First Option:

Having the registration on the above page is the best case scenario for me, the visual looks amazing and i really would like to use it.

Same as the demo but with the extra fields.

 

Registration Page Second option:

The page above is a duplicate of the register page but with a button at the end of the page =>”Cadastrar” (Register) that redirects to the register page located here:

http://aripe.com.br/blog/conta-da-assinatura-3/verificacao-da-assinatura/?level=2

After the extra fields below are filled,  i need to change the button name to “Finalizar Cadastro” (Finish registration) that after clicked redirects the user to the affiliates page located here:

http://aripe.com.br/blog/profissionais/inicial/

The website is almost ready for launch the only thing missing is the registration page, Can you help me?
