Hello, you cant edit the register page from wordpress admin, you will need to edit php files.
That page doesnt seem register page, please go to Settings > Buddypress > Pages and set the register page, then buddypress will generate the registration form on that page

Hello, your registration page is working fine now, you didnt have the activate page selected and had registration disabled in general settings. To edit that page, you will need to edit php files, the file register.php in registration folder of main theme, but need to copy it to child theme before
